Tour of the 54m² apartment designed by the Howint Arquitetura office, where architect Cibele Cunha thought of every detail to meet the light, youthful, and fun style of the residents. The construction lasted 3 months, while the project was developed over 1 year — a request from the clients themselves, who wanted to plan financially and take advantage of good promotions. This time allowed for intelligent choices, such as the open closet assembled with ready-made modules found by the client, faithfully following the architect's original design. The couple wanted an integrated and welcoming home to receive friends, so the kitchen and the gourmet balcony received more attention. The door between the living room and balcony was removed to enhance the open-plan space, and the living and dining room layouts were reversed to better suit the family's routine. The apartment's highlight is the "Gucci Bathroom," which functions as a powder room and features iconic wallpaper from the brand itself, adding personality and impact to the design. The result is a compact, functional, and charming apartment—one that reflects the essence of its residents and demonstrates how good choices, planning, and creativity can transform any space into a special home.
