Honda Big Ruckus - 2005 PS250 Carb Removal Process

Ok so this is a pretty long nearly uncut video showing the process of removing all the components you need to from a Big Ruckus in order to get to the carb. It’s not polished, there are breaks where I have to think and consult the manual, and I’d never done this before so you’ll have to listen to me problem solve. But, as my goal was to create a reference video as I reviewed this I thought more is better than less and hopefully I show the one little thing your stuck on! It’s easy these days to jump around a YouTube video so self-edit as you need. :) I did have 2 notes: I did a main jet of 100 and a pilot of 45. (I say 102 in the video but I went slightly smaller because I live at 3600 feet. Upon more research these CV Carbs like to have to pull a bit to get their air so my comments around the air box are not super relevant and the tubes are breather tubes from the engine so cannot be capped. Love it or hate it I hope it’s helpful. 👍
