Mitrovica is one of the most divided cities in Europe. In this video I travel across the border within the city, exploring both sides of Mitrovica in Kosovo, where the Ibar River separates the mainly Albanian south from the mainly Serbian north. Decades after the Kosovo War, tensions still exist here, and it remains one of the least visited and most misunderstood places in the Balkans.
