Start from 30g and adjust accordingly. ・2-3 drops Vanilla Extract ・Drops of Black Sesame Seeds ◉Oven ・Toaster: 230-250°C, 6-10 minutes *This temperature setting is based on the actual toaster oven temperature. The recommended baking time is when the surface is browned! ◯ For the oven Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for 8-12 minutes. Bake until golden brown on top. ◉ Additional recipe You can use any variety of sweet potato. You can substitute cane sugar with any sugar you like. My recommendations (brown sugar, cassonade, maple sugar). Unsalted butter can be substituted for salted butter (for a fragrant finish). Heavy cream can be substituted for milk (for a lighter finish). Adding rum makes it even more delicious! (If adding rum, add 5g. Adjust the amount of cream (milk) by subtracting 5g.) ◉ Variation Information ・You can mold it into any shape you like. ・You can also boil the sweet potatoes.
