Let's Talk Season 8.5 Patch Notes

I know it takes me longer than others on the patch notes, but I will always prefer to release videos where I take time to form my opinions rather than rush them, and I hope that's ok. I try to look at the patch notes more in terms of improving what I would call the perception of fairness. I'd rather them address things that are frustrating to play against and improve the game feel than just make things stronger or weaker. I think the changes they made were pretty significant to shake up the meta. As much as dive players might be upset, the nerfs are a good thing. You don't want your hero to be permabanned. It might be harder, but they were over tuned, and now you can play them more hopefully.
