🔥 Webinar.gg Updated Review – Did They Really Fix It?

In this updated Webinar.gg review, we cover: ✅ Friction fix: You can now join and participate in webinars without being forced to log in ✅ Live test: I create and run a webinar to see how the new settings and attendee experience actually work ✅ Credits / slots issue: Why testing a webinar still uses up your monthly webinar slots and why this is a real problem 🔗 Webinar.gg AppSumo Deal: https://richardrecommendsthis.com/web... You’ll see me: Create a new webinar from scratch (date, time, timezone, repeat options, private/public settings) Test the “Require login” option and how it impacts the attendee experience Join as an attendee in an incognito window and check: Name-only registration Waiting room experience Chat, Q&A, hand raising & polls Links inside the webinar room End the webinar and inspect: Recording availability Dashboard usage and used webinar slots The missing transcripts and summaries the founder mentioned 🧪 The Good: What Webinar.gg Gets Right Friction to join is fixed: Attendees can join and participate (chat, Q&A, polls) without having to create an account, which was the biggest complaint in my first review. Clean, modern interface: The dashboard is simple, fast and uncluttered, ideal if you don’t want a bloated “do everything” webinar suite. Evergreen / pre‑recorded webinars: You can set up pre‑recorded webinars to run like live sessions, useful for evergreen funnels. In‑webinar tools work well: Live chat & Q&A Polls with results visible to host and attendees Hand raising Links section (great for offers, resources, or AppSumo promos) Recordings look good: The recording player and page are clean and professional. ⚠️ The Problems That Still Remain Testing consumes your webinar slots: If you create a webinar months in advance and enter it even just to test, it uses up one of your monthly slots as soon as it’s run and ended – even if it’s just a 10-minute test. No extra credits visible (yet): The founder mentioned giving extra credits for the first month, but at the time of recording, I haven’t seen those added to my account. No obvious transcripts or summaries: The founder also mentioned automatic transcripts and summaries, but I couldn’t find where those are generated or accessed. Webinar end page branding: After the webinar ends, attendees are taken to a Webinar.gg promo page. It’s not clear if or how that can be customized or branded. 💰 Is the Webinar.gg AppSumo Deal Worth It? Price point around $99 for: 10 webinars per month, or Unlimited if you go for the higher stacked deal For what it does—simple, focused live and evergreen webinars without too many bells and whistles—the pricing feels fair. My AppSumo taco rating is now 4/5 (up from 3/5) thanks to the friction fix and overall solid performance, but I still want to see: Better handling of test webinars vs real webinars Clear implementation of transcripts and summaries Possibly more flexible usage model (e.g. hours per month instead of “slots”) 📌 Related Links & Resources 🔗 Webinar.gg AppSumo Deal: https://richardrecommendsthis.com/web... 🎥 Watch My Original Webinar.gg Review:    • Webinar.gg AppSumo Review – Is This Webina...   📣 Call to Action If you found this Webinar.gg updated review helpful: 👍 Like this video to support the channel 💬 Comment below – Are you using Webinar.gg?
