We followed Pivot Founder and CEO, Chris Cocalis, around Pivot’s Phoenix HQ to see everything that goes into making some of our favorite mountain bikes. From the original Pivot prototype bike to World Cup downhill bikes, there’s plenty of cool machines to drool over. Chris provides a behind the scenes look at everything from the assembly line to the R+D lab, and even the Pivot Factory Racing Wall. Pivot’s testing facility is among the most rigorous in the industry, with advanced machinery that allows them to make tube-and-lug prototype frames for quickly testing many different geometry configurations.
