WE BROUGHT 15 PIZZAS….THEY WERE GONE IN 1 HOUR

We had a pretty good day at our pizza truck today. Bit of a breakthrough I’d say. When we showed up and didn’t even have our ovens a couple people wanted to order. Then a couple more. They were willing to wait 30 min even with other options around. Even do the pizza is still not stretching to that exact size we’re looking for it’s springing great. Few repeated costumers from previous couple days which us feel pretty awesome 😎. We usually only bring 15 dough balls since it’s still a start up and kind of a pop up gig. We don’t do any advertising so it’s only people passing by that we are counting on. We sold all 15 pizzas in 1 hour and had to close shop. For next Sunday we will be more ready and bring maybe 30 and start earlier. This is our first week of running our pizza truck and we are learning as we go.
