T3 impossible à aménager : le choix radical pour sauver ce 67m²

Transforming a narrow, corridor-like space into a room that breathes is often where the magic happens in Paris. In this project completed in the 9th arrondissement, we take you on a tour with Maël from the Homenext team to see the final result! An apartment with an atypical, very rectangular layout, which we redesigned from the ground up… without necessarily tearing everything down just for the sake of it. We discuss the project: — why we changed the layout (from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom) to create a proper living space — how we kept the existing elements when it made sense (furniture/kitchen) — the material choices (travertine, handmade zellige tiles, marble/onyx) — and above all, the realities of the project: delivery delays, missing square footage, trade-offs, and solutions. If you have an apartment to renovate in Paris or the Île-de-France region, whether it's a primary residence, an investment property, or a commercial space, and you're looking for a team to handle the architecture, the construction, and the follow-up: 👉 Schedule a meeting with me so we can discuss it :) : https://app.iclosed.io/e/homenext/est...
