This easy Green Masala Chicken is made with fresh herbs, aromatic spices, and a creamy marinade that keeps the chicken tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or as a party appetizer! Ingredients: Coriander leaves - 1 cup Mint leaves - ½ cup Garlic cloves - 12 Ginger - ½-inch piece Cashews - 12 Fried onions - ½ cup Green chilies - 4 Curd (yogurt) - 3 tbsp Lemon juice - 2 tsp Dried kasuri methi - 1 tbsp Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp Cumin powder - ½ tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Chaat masala - ½ tsp Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - To taste Method Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until you get a thick, slightly coarse marinade. Do not blend it completely smooth. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best results). Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
