Is modern gaming getting worse? From the death of physical games to constant price increases, video game preservation is at an all-time low. It's hard to enjoy gaming in 2026. Didn't think I'd have to make another video about this, but here we are. It's hard to find joy in this hobby when corporate decisions make everything feel unenjoyable. Between Sony seemingly killing off physical media, gaming costing more than ever, and a general lack of creative risk-taking, everything just feels rough right now.
