Is This the WORST Bike Trail in Florida?

Florida has some of the best bike trails in the country… which is exactly why this one caught me off guard. I rode all 54 miles of the Suncoast Trail expecting a great ride— but instead found something completely different. 🚴‍♂️ A trail running right beside a busy highway 🚴‍♂️ Long, repetitive stretches with little change 🚴‍♂️ Minimal shade under the Florida sun So I had to ask: Is this the worst bike trail in Florida? To be fair, it’s not all bad. The pavement is smooth, it’s well maintained, and it plays an important role in Florida’s Coast-to-Coast route. If your goal is speed, training, or uninterrupted miles… this trail actually delivers.
