This is one of the OLDEST stations in the WORLD! | Secrets of the Liverpool - Manchester Railway

Hello! Welcome to a new series! In this series I'm looking at all the stations on the Liverpool to Manchester line; of which there are (officially) two different routes - the Northern route (Chat Moss line) and the Southern route (Cheshire Lines). In this series I'm looking at all the stations across both routes. Today I'm starting the Southern route out of Liverpool South Parkway to Liverpool Lime St; exploring the three intermediate stations inbetween. I'll be pointing out some of the interesting facts and 'secrets' which you might not have known about! I hope you enjoy!
