Start with 2 minute RESETS and incorporate them in to your day - No need to put exercise clothes in. They really do workout. Follow the sequence WARM - get the body ready for deeper work WORK- push for 30 seconds STRETCH- gain flexibility and meditate while stretching the muscles we just worked For beginners do 2 or more times a day - In the morning before you eat anything, and then in the evening. Add more throughout the day to break up sitting. Combine with other 2 minute Resets to balance out the full body. For moderate to advanced exercisers Use it to help muscles recover, and on days in between hard workouts. (Always use easier work option if use on same day as an hard workout).
