Tesla Full Self Driving (FSD) 14.3.3 Auckland: North Shore and Back

No commentary in this video. Driving from South-East Auckland to the shore and back. Better drive than with V13. But annoyingly, it still doesn't seem to read vehicle indicators, resulting in other cars beeping. At one point, it also tried to change lanes into a shoulder on the motorway. I will change the camera angle next time. I notice that the rear-view mirror is blocking the road view. 00:00 Start 06:35 Still has trouble being assertive enough to pull out of this tricky intersection. It seems to pay no attention to vehicle indicators for cars coming from the right that are indicating left. If cars coming from the right are indicating left it should be safe to go in front of them, but FSD does not do this. We sit at the intersection longer than we should and the impatient truck behind beeps at us. I will take it back during peak traffic. This is an intersection that is almost impossible to pull out from during peak traffic, you have to push your way through by just pulling out and reading vehicle indicators is key. I think FSD would sit there for 30 minutes until traffic dies down. 08:09 Waits to go around this tow truck blocking the road. IMO there was space to safely squeeze past earlier. 12:40 Start of motorway drive. You'll notice it changes lanes a lot more often and gets up to the 100km/h speed limit quickly. This is much better than V13, which would sit in the left lane behind cars doing 70 km/h. But at the same time it feels a touch too aggressive at lane weaving for standard mode. 30:59 IMO in this situation and in others, it was following the car in front way too closely. I count about 1 second of separation. NZ road code requires a 2 second seperation, and 4 seconds in wet conditions. 35:25 Intervention: Navigation has us needing to go straight, but it suddenly decides that it wants to get in the right turn only lane. 37:30 Intervention: Is a bit too patient with this van IMO. He was probably waiting for us to pass, but FSD waits until he resumes and completes his backing out procedure. I tried to invervene by pressing the accelerator as it seemed that he'd stopped for good, but as soon as I did he moved again, so I braked and stopped. 38:15 Intervention: I set it to Street parking, but it kept changing back to the "Parking lot" option and it kept wanting to go into the Wilsons parking lot. I had to intervene and manually parallel park on the street. Car behind is very mad at the indecisiveness. 1:01:00 Critical Intervention: Tries to change lanes into the shoulder 1:11:11 Good parking job here 1:12:41 Drives over this speed hump too fast. Uncomfortable.
