Learn how I make my homemade natural yogurt in a simple, economical way with only 2 ingredients! In this recipe, I show you step-by-step how to prepare a creamy yogurt, without preservatives, perfect for breakfast or snacks. Since I started making it at home, I've never needed to buy store-bought yogurt again. Ingredients: 🥛 1 liter of whole milk 🥄 1 container (170 g) of whole natural yogurt with live cultures 6 tablespoons of whole milk powder Preparation method: ✔️ Heat the milk to about 85°C. ✔️ Let it cool to 43°C. ✔️ Mix a little of the milk with the yogurt. Mix in the 6 tablespoons of milk powder and then incorporate it into the rest of the milk. ✔️ Place in a yogurt maker and let it ferment for 8 to 10 hours. If you don't have yogurt, wrap the container in a dish towel or tablecloth and place it in the oven until the next day. It must be in a closed environment and slightly warm after it's ready. ✔️ Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before consuming.
