The Curse of 1992: The Year Hair Metal Got Left Behind
1992... the year everything changed. We didn't know it at the time. I was a college freshman in September of 1991 when NIrvana debuted on MTV. Little did I know that that event foreshadowed the downfall of many of my favorite bands, and it truly came to fruition in 1992. So, this episode is dedicated to the albums I love that got screwed over by timing--call it The Curse of 1992. Bands included are KISS, Warrant, Hardline, Lilian Axe, Saints & Sinners, Sleeze Beez, Wildside, Steelheart, Roxy Blue, and Slik Toxic. Come along for the ride!
