Entrevista al cotrabandista y narco Laureano Oubiña - Aduanas SVA

April 26, 2017 Ana Rosa Quintana interviews Laureano Oubiña in his television debut. Considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in Spanish history, despite never being convicted of cocaine trafficking, he has just been granted parole after serving several sentences that led him to spend 22 years in 12 Spanish prisons. Laureano Oubiña will appear on April 27 on the set of "El programa de Ana Rosa" (8:55 a.m.) on Telecinco, his first television appearance since his release from prison on April 12. Oubiña will be interviewed by Ana Rosa Quintana at the current affairs table, accompanied by journalists Joaquín Prat, Patricia Pardo, and Israel López, and Judge José Antonio Vázquez Taín. Oubiña, currently 71 years old, will review his life with Quintana: his beginnings in smuggling; his convictions; Ana Rosa will discuss her years in prison, during which she has studied Penitentiary Law and become the Spanish prisoner who has exceeded the maximum limit for pretrial detention in the country; her relationship with her family; and her health issues. She will also talk about her memoirs, written during her time in prison, which will be published in the coming weeks. Ana Rosa's program, the leading morning show and the longest-running morning magazine program on television, averaged a 17.6% audience share in April, 2.6 points ahead of Antena 3's Espejo Público (15%), the second-largest monthly lead between the two programs in the 2016-17 season.
