Nicaragua Policía arresta a sujeto circulado por cometer robo con violencia

A tenacious operation carried out by the National Police this Saturday morning in the Buenos Aires neighborhood, District III of Managua, resulted in the arrest of an alleged criminal accused of committing robbery with violence. The alleged thief, who was arrested while sleeping in his home, was identified as 18-year-old Yasser José Martínez Rodríguez. He is accused of committing a robbery on January 1st against Mrs. Marjorie Cristina Morales Palacios near the Loma Linda cemetery. According to the victim, she was outside her home saying goodbye to her daughter and was holding her cell phone. The cell phone was violently snatched from her by the now-detained man, who was accompanied by another individual identified only by the alias "El Vocecita." During the operation, police officers also arrested another suspect identified by the alias "Licho," who is being investigated by the National Police. According to police sources, Martínez Rodríguez allegedly has a history of robbery with intimidation and assault. Both detainees were taken to the police cells at Police Station III.
