In today's video, I'm sharing another peaceful winter day in my tiny seaside apartment. The morning begins with rain, a simple cozy breakfast, and a little kitchen cleaning. While reorganizing my favorite corner, I sew a new decorative kitchen towel to make the space feel even cozier. For lunch, I prepare a simple chicken stroganoff with freshly cooked rice. Later in the afternoon, I spend some time flipping through a beautiful book about medicinal plants that my mom lent me. When I come across a page about guaco, I remember bringing some home from her garden last week. I brew a warm cup of guaco tea to enjoy with a freshly baked homemade banana cake. In the evening, I head to the gym and return home after dark. After a warm shower, I enjoy a comforting bowl of gluten-free cappelletti soup lovingly prepared by my aunt, while listening to the rain outside my window. I hope this video brings a few peaceful and cozy moments to your day. 💛 Banana Cake Recipe 🍌 • 3 ripe bananas • 3 eggs • ½ cup sugar • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter • 1¾ cups flour • Vanilla extract, to taste • Ground cinnamon, to taste • Chopped chocolate, to taste • 1 tablespoon baking powder Mix all the ingredients together, adding the baking powder last. Fold in the chopped chocolate and cinnamon. Pour the batter into a small baking pan, then sprinkle a little extra cinnamon and chopped chocolate on top before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for about 30–40 minutes.
