This is a stretch that everyone in the modern world can and should do❤️) Sometimes, headaches can strike mid-pregnancy. I suffered from a really bad headache right around the middle of my pregnancy. I heard it was caused by iron deficiency, so I took iron supplements and it got better. The reason headaches persist even after getting enough iron is because The psychological stress of pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare, along with the hunched, stiff shoulders caused by a growing belly, increase tension around the neck and shoulders, leading to neurogenic headaches. This stretch is a great option for those situations!
