Some basic ideas/considerations on how to make a simple scanner camera based on a small format or medium format analog camera and a flatbed scanner. This is based on the epson v30, the same camera that is also used on the project ESE on flickr or daxrx7 here on youtube - I am not connected to them, and my camera is way less fancy. You could also check the scannercamera group on flickr or the work done by YAKU2010 there - but his texts are in japanese.
