Superset 2: Dumbbell bent over rows/Dumbbell flies 10 reps per exercise, 4 supersets. Exercise 3: Single arm Lat pulldowns 10 reps per arm, 4 sets. Superset 4: Dumbbell Shoulder press/Lateral Raises 10 reps per exercise, 4 sets. Superset 5: Landmine single arm Shoulder Press/Front Raises 10 reps per arm per exercise, 4 sets. 1 minute rests between each set/superset!
