If you're craving something rich, chocolatey, and cake-like, but still want to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle, then today's recipe is just for you. Today, I'm going to show you how to make a soft, fudgy, high-protein chocolate cake . This recipe is low carb, keto-friendly, gluten-free, sugar-free, and packed with protein, making it perfect for breakfast, a post-workout snack, or whenever those chocolate cravings hit. So, without wasting any time, let's get started! 🛒 INGREDIENTS For this recipe, you'll need: • 1 whole egg • 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or hung curd • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder. You can use any chocolate protein powder you like. Today, I'm using Food Farmer Chocolate Protein Powder. • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder • ½ teaspoon baking powder • 2 tablespoons coconut flour • 25 grams dark chocolate(90 % dark) • Chopped almond flakes for topping. This is completely optional. Now let's make our batter. 👩‍🍳 METHOD Take a mixing bowl and crack one whole egg into it. Now add the Greek yogurt or hung curd. Whisk everything together until it becomes smooth and creamy. Next, add the coconut flour. Follow that with the chocolate protein powder. Mix everything really well. Now add the cocoa powder. Next goes the baking powder. Finally, add your preferred sweetener. Give everything. And that's it—our batter is ready! 🍳 COOKING Now comes the fun part. Today we're making this cake completely without an oven. Place a non-stick pan on the stove and keep the flame low. Add a small piece of butter and let it melt. Now pour the batter into the pan. Cover it with a lid and let it cook slowly. Low heat is the secret here because it allows the cake to cook evenly without burning. Now place the dark chocolate pieces on top. Cover the pan once again. Once the chocolate has melted, simply spread it evenly across the top. Finally, sprinkle some chopped almond flakes. And just like that... Our delicious No Oven High Protein Chocolate Cake is ready! 🍰 TASTE TEST Just look at this... The cake is soft... Moist... Rich... Super chocolatey... And the best part is that it's packed with protein while still being low in carbs. 📊 MACROS (Approx.
