Nieuport 11 with UML-160 rotary engine second and third flight

Finally we had the change to make some more test flights with the 1/3rd scale Nieuport-11 with rotary engine. Finally running great at 2800rpm with a 32x14 prop. She flies well but minimal power as you can see at these two flights, also with crosswind…… Next plan is to try a 30x18 prop to get more speed and a bit power, but at these two flights moment we are already happy after several years trying and testing with this engine. The engine runs now stable at 2800 rpm so we hope that a new prop don’t change that. We keep you informed 👍🏻
