How to Diagnose, Repair, or Rebuild Electric Scooter, Hoverboard Battery

In this video I go into detail about diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding electric scooter and hoverboard batteries. In a lot of cases battery packs end up having a bad cell or too and can be repaired. If you can't match the batteries or the majority are bad you might need to replace all the cells. In this video I showcase a hoverboard battery but the same techniques can be used for scooter batteries as well. It's not always cost effective to rebuild batteries since you can buy them pretty cheep from China. The advantage of rebuilding them with better cells is you will get more run time. You do need a good spot welder and solder gun for most of the battery repairs but if your like me tinkering is half the fun.
