KLOSTERLECHFELD. Tour into the Basilica Maria Himmelfahrt and the memorial place for Lord Jesu.

Welcome back to a new video about a Basilica which is a more unknown building in the region in front of the Alps but is rentable for a trip between the university city Augsburg and the smaller and circle town called Landsberg at the Lecht river. The Basilica called Mariä Himmelfart of Klosterlechfeld is a part of a Francis monastery and has an amzing interior both a next building called "Kalverien Mouuntain" which shows the matyrm of Lord Jesu Christ. Visiting the Basilica Mariä Himmelfahrt: Join me on a sunny afternoon at Mai 2026 on a tour into the Basilica of the Francis monastery of Klosterlechtfeld. I was walking from a parking place to the Basilica and enjoyed a great view after I went into the door. I visited the altar, was looking up to the organ and made a stop at two icons out of silver of the holy Antonius and Stephanus. The number of onramentic and pictures of the year of the holy Francis from Assisi were amazing. The short time in the green area around the Basilica: At next I went to the green area around the holy building. There I stopped in fron a nice desinged fountain and some places where you can see to the Basilica and a building which is a part of the small monastery. Also I felt the sun and the feeling of the blue sky. The time at the "Kalverien mountain": At the end I visited the mountain or building which shows the cruzification or matyrm of Lord Jesu Chist. This real monument is known as the landmark of the village Klosterlechfeld and give you a view to the Basilica both to one family houses behind the building. Around the mountain were built the crossway stations which Lord Jesu had passed before he diet at the cross. The two crosses next to the main cross shows the two other men´s which sould cruzifixed with him.
