The recipe 👇 Ingredients (serves 4): 1/4 watermelon 1/4 red onion 180g cherry tomatoes 100g feta cheese 100g pitted Kalamata olives 10 mint leaves 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp cider vinegar Salt Freshly ground pepper Preparation: Cut the watermelon in half, then into wedges, and if desired, cut each wedge in half again. Remove the rind from the watermelon, dice the flesh, and place it in a large bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and olives, and add them to the bowl with a pinch of salt. Finely chop the red onion and mint and add them to the bowl. Crumble three-quarters of the feta cheese and add it to the bowl. Add the olive oil, vinegar, a little pepper, and mix.
