On 3 June 2026, more than 200 partners, funders, policymakers and sector leaders gathered at Merchant Taylors’ Hall in London to celebrate 20 years of Debt Free Advice. In this opening keynote, Matt Dronfield, Managing Director of Debt Free Advice, and Incoming Interim CEO of Toynbee Hall, reflects on two decades of impact, supporting more than 500,000 Londoners with free debt advice, and shares a vision for the future of advice services.
