Follow me on Instagram   / cookedbysabeen_   Join me on Facebook   / cookedbysabeen   💕 Chocolate Cake Recipes💕 1¾ cup (245g) All Purpose Flour ¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 cups Sugar 1.5 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Vanilla Essence ¾ tsp Salt ½2 cup Oil 1 cup Milk 2 Large Eggs( or 3 small eggs) 1 cup Coffee (itsp coffee dissolved in warm water) (Optional: You can also use just water if desired) CookedbySabeen Mix and Sift all dry ingredients Make a well in the centre of bowl and pour in all wet ingredients Mix with a Spatula Bake at 345 F for 35 to 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean Apply icing when cake is completely cool 💕Baked Fish💕 1 kg Fish fillet( I took Frozen Basa) 1 tabsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tabsp Mustard paste 2-3 Tabsp Soya Sauce 2-3 tabsp Lemon juice 1 tsp coriander crushed seeds 1/4 tsp Ajwain( Carom seeds) 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp chilli flakes 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tabsp Coriander powder Salt to taste( remember soy sauce has salt too) 1/4 tsp Turmeric Make a paste. Apply on fillets and set aside for 2-3 hours. Add 1/4 cup oil before baking. Bake at 375F until golden & crisp.
