Hello herpers! I hope you're all well! In this video, I explain how to choose, set up, and equip a terrarium for a carpet python (Morelia spilota). I'll start with a setup for a baby carpet python and show you when and how to upgrade the terrarium. I needed to change the habitat for my pair of young Morelia spilota cheynei from the Tully area, so it was the perfect opportunity to explain how to choose the right terrarium size based on the animal's age and size. I'll explain how to create a simple and useful decor, as well as how I heat these different setups based on the room's volume and temperature.
