Hello folks! Today we are preparing a very tasty dish! Eggplant with nut sauce according to the Georgian old recipe! This recipe is fast and delicious. For cooking, we will need the following ingredients: Boiled water 150 ml Walnuts 300 grams Eggplant 1 kg Garlic Kindza greens Spices: dry suneli (utsho-suneli (fenugreek), Imeretian saffron and dried cilantro.) Dry coriander Ground red pepper Salt Vinegar Cooking method: Break the walnuts and put them in a blender, mix and add cold boiled water. You need to get the consistency of porridge. We transfer the porridge from the nuts from the blender to a separate bowl and add all the spices, stir well and add vinegar and squeezed garlic. If the sauce is thick, add cold boiled water. And set aside. My eggplant, cut off the head and tail and cut into long plates after removing the peel from above. Fry in sunflower or olive oil. After frying, let them cool down and only then begin to spread each leaf of toasted eggplant and spread with nut sauce.
