The Battle of Kesselsdorf, 1745 ⚔️ | Frederick the Great's Second Silesian War (1744-1745)

The epic, but unanticipated battle of Kesselsdorf cemented Prussia's position during peace negotiations. It was the final battle of the Second Silesian War and ensured Prussia's acquisition of Silesia. At least, for the time being. The peace was nothing more than a truce.
