We handed out a ton of Kudos to old hands who "have been passionate about design for 20 years, but somehow," and kudos to freshmen like Shcheloch (stay tuned for the episode with Borya Shilin), Omsky, non-objective, and others. We started with a retrospective of Mitya's own development—from the first interface for a measuring device at a research institute (sic!) to notamedia and Ivi. ✨ I'd like to highlight this first part of Mitya's story separately—he talked not only about his own journey but also about the people who believed in him—from his supervisor, Nikolai Ivanovich, to Max Pavlov, who said, "The work, of course, isn't great, but you're a good guy, let's give it a try." 🦢 By the way, Mitya thinks that these "stories of an old man's development" should have been cut or skipped according to a prompt, but Anton lost his temper and forgot to mention it in the teaser, and Anya ran off to the Arctic and doesn't have time to re-edit.
