6.5hp Predator 212 on my John Deere 826 Snowblower
After blowing up the 8hp Tecumseh engine on the snowblower I was forced to make a decision and install a new motor. I chose the 6.5hp Predator motor from Harbor Freight. It certainly didn't struggle with the same depth of packed snow as the old 8hp Tecumseh that died. The next day I even did some 2 ft packed snow that I had piled up with my plow. I want through it as quickly as the old 8hp as well by pulsing the wheels to make it's way through slowly. Very impressed with this motor so far.
