Jeep CJ5 Restoration Pt. 11 | Brake Lines, Tie Rod, Gas Tank, Bump Stops, and ProComp Shocks

The CJ project has slowed a little bit in the last few weeks. Between being extra busy around the house and having to order parts and even hunt down parts in some instances it has been a struggle to make progress. However, I think I am back to a point where I can cover some ground in the upcoming weeks. This is just a quick update to get everyone caught up on how it currently sits. With new brake lines, new tie rod ends, and new shocks, this CJ is shaping up to be pretty nice. I also repainted the gas tank skid, the proportioning valve backing plate, and a few other things. Next up on the list is finishing rebuilding the T150 transmission. It is currently torn down and I am in the process of cleaning the case so we can get it put back together with new gears, bearings, seals, synchros, and more.
