Jeep CJ5 Resto Pt.12 | Preparing the '74 Donor to have the 258 Removed

As I finally get rolling on the CJ5 project again, I got the 1974 CJ5 donor engine ready to be pulled. In this episode we remove the hood, fenders, and grill, and clip some wiring to free up our AMC 258. I'm looking forward to spending lot of time with the CJ this fall and winter to get this project finished up. The next few videos will be pulling the engine, cleaning and painting the block, and rebuilding the T150. Once the transmission is finished I'm hoping that the project is on the downhill slope! Edit: I called this Jeep a '73 in the video. It is actually a '74!
