Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs

Today, I'm grilling up some Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs on the Weber Q. Give this recipe a try. You'll love it! Make the rub: 1 Teaspoon garlic powder 1 Teaspoon chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon cumin 1/2 Teaspoon paprika 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne Salt and pepper to taste Add ingredients to a bowl and mix. Remove excess skin from 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on). Cover chicken thighs with rub. Preheat Weber Q for 10 minutes on High heat. Lower heat to Medium and place chicken thighs on over direct heat. Grill with lid closed, 2 minutes on each side. After searing the thighs, place them onto the Weber Q roasting rack and shield, skin side up. Close lid and grill for 20-25 minutes. Make glaze: 3 Tablespoons honey 1 Teaspoon apple cider vinegar A few dashes of hot sauce, depending on how spicy you like it During last 5 minutes of cook. Brush the thighs with the glaze and close the lid for the remaining 5 minutes. Thighs are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165° F (74° C) Remove from grill and enjoy!
