Thani nadan carrot mezhukku puratty Ingredients Carrot :3 small Garlic :3 cloves Onion :1 small Mustard seeds : 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder: 1/2 tsp Oil Pepperpowder :1/4 tsp Salt to taste In to a kadai add oil splutter mustard seeds now add garlic and saute .. add onions and saute well..add kashmiri chilli powder and mix well until raw smell disappears Now add carrot and saute well adjust salt accordingly .. finally add pepper powder and mix..
