*Very Rare* CrossCountry units at Jewellery Quarter 16/11/14
Over a period of two weekends in November 2014, engineering works on the St Andrew's chord meant that CrossCountry had to divert its E.C.S units from Tyseley Depot via Birmingham Snow Hill. The trains then had to reverse at Langley Green to access New Street via the Smethwick chord. This brought the very rare sight of CrossCountry 170s to Jewellery Quarter. The trains in this video are: 170xxx + 170xxx + 170103 on 5V03 08:46 Tyseley-Derby 170112 + 170522 on 5V02 08:54 Tyseley-Birmingham New Street 170108 + 170638 on 5K11 10:02 Tyseley-Birmingham New Street 170xxx + 170xxx + 170521 on 5D00 10:36 Tyseley-Birmingham New Street
