Reto Cardiolates: PILATES FULL BODY [40min] Semana Uno

Here's the first class of the new 4-week #CARDIOLATES Challenge. In this class, we'll work your entire body through Pilates, involving your glutes, legs, abs, and arms in the exercises. To complete the full challenge, you'll need to take this class three times this first week. The goal of repeating the class is to allow us to improve our exercise technique by increasing our body awareness and improving our posture class by class.
