Power's North American airline satisfaction study, based on a survey of 9,582 passengers, Air Canada ranked last in the first and business class category, as well as in premium economy. The last time I flew them? I was delayed for three hours in Toronto. So believe me that when I was booking this trip, I felt hesitant picking Air Canada but did so because their flight times were better than their competitors.
