But that's when I started to realize that this wouldn't be an ordinary day. Between walks through the streets of Vienna, an impressive Gothic church, and my first impressions of the city at night, I ended up finding something that wasn't in my plans: an international salsa and bachata party inside the hostel. It was one of those nights that shows why traveling alone can be such a special experience. I met people from different countries, danced, talked, and experienced moments that would hardly have happened if I had just followed a tourist itinerary.
