Thomas d'Ansembourg : La colère

Third video in the series with Thomas d'Ansembourg: After working as a lawyer in Brussels, a corporate legal advisor, and a youth worker for at-risk youth, Thomas d'Ansembourg became a psychotherapist and human relations trainer. Since 1994, he has taught Nonviolent Communication (NVC) based on Marshall Rosenberg's process. He leads conferences and training sessions in Europe, Quebec, and Morocco. In this video, we'll be discussing anger, which we sometimes suppress for fear of being judged. We risk accumulating it, and one day, it will all resurface if we don't know how to control it. We often pretend that anger isn't there, but this carries risks: the pressure cooker will explode! Clarifying, identifying, and expressing anger in a timely manner, appropriately, and to the right person are crucial actions. Let's discuss this with Thomas d'Ansembourg to better manage anger!
