The private sector will receive compensation for services provided. *The project duration will not exceed 34 years, divided into two phases: Phase 1: Civil Engineering Design and Construction Including Installation of Systems and Related Components Period not exceeding 4 years Phase 2: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Period not exceeding 30 years from the opening date. *The invitation to bid is expected to be issued in the first quarter of 2026. The private sector will be selected and the contract signed within the same year. It will be open for service in 2031. *Automated Toll Collection System (M-Flow) *M5 has a total length of approximately 29 km. It is a 6-lane elevated toll road (3 lanes in each direction).
