I did the parkrun at Chopwell Wood

parkrun is a free 5k (3.1 miles) event held every Saturday at 9am in over 25 countries around the world. Simon runs the 17th outing of this parkrun at Chopwell Wood in Gateshead (historically County Durham). parkrun is a volunteer run, community led, grass roots sports movement.
