Watching Transport for Wales trains go by at Craven Arms - 31/10/2024

Craven Arms is a junction station on the Welsh Marches line from Newport to Shrewsbury. It is where the single track, rural Heart of Wales line from Llanelli joins the cross country route. What is relatively rare nowadays is that you can watch trains rush through the station at 90mph, but there are still some nice semaphore signals and traditional signal boxes around. I forgot to finish uploading this video from autumn 2024, so the Heart of Wales was still run by non-active travel 153 pairs (some of these are still about as standby trains for when TFW runs into problems) and 158s still ran on the Marches.
