La Receta de Leticia: torta de manteca
#LaMañanaEnCasa | 23-02-2024 Leticia nos enseña los pasos para preparar una deliciosa torta de manteca. INGREDIENTES: 4 huevos 2 yemas 2 tz Azúcar 200 g Manteca 3 tz Harina 3 ctas de polvo de hornear 1 cta bicarbonato ½ cta sal 1 cta Vainilla 350 ml leche 2 cdas vinagre o jugo de limón Relleno y cubierta a gusto PROCEDIMIENTO: Batir la manteca, junto con el azúcar. Continuar batiendo y agregar la vainilla, los huevos, las yemas. Tamizar la harina con el polvo de hornear, bicarbonato de sodio, reservar. Cortar la leche con vinagre o jugo de limón. Agregar los secos a la mezcla de huevos alternando con la leche. Colocar en tortera, si la dividen en dos torteras se obtiene mejor volumen. Cocción: Hornear a 180 *C, 40 minutos aprox.
