SKYCOMBO : freeflying at 10,000m and speed flying along Mont blanc

As some people go on a roof top to enjoy a drink or a nice view, the Soul Flyers have another vision of it. Like: pushing the limits of altitude and gravity, jumping over the highest peak in the Alps, the rooftop of Europe 🏔️ For this project, Fred Fugen & Vince Reffet took skydiving to a new level, jumping above Mont Blanc, exiting the plane at 10,000m. The Sky Combo challenge was a true feat of skill and precision. This high-altitude jump pushed the boundaries of performance as they leapt into -50°C temperatures, equipped with a custom oxygen system, performed breathtaking freefall acrobatics in the thin air and opened their canopies at 6,000m. After a flawless freefall sequence, they transitioned into a mountain swooping flight near the Mont Blanc summit, down the Peuterey ridge, one of the longest in the Mont Blanc massif. The jump lasted a thrilling 7 minutes, ending with a smooth landing near Courmayeur in Italy 🪂 Born to create and push the limits of possible, our sky artist combined once more several aerials disciplines by freefalling, and mountain swooping in one single jump. The ultimate test of precision, preparation, and perseverance.
