Speedriding Mont Blanc (4809m)

After an open bivouac we climbed up the northridge of the Dôme du Goûter - longer and more technical than the ordinary route - but much safer from ice fall. After seven hours we reached the summit. The wind was much stronger than the forecast..around 40km. So I decided not to fly through the great icefall..which would have been in a leeside situation as the wind was having a strong easterly component. Anyway..it was a great flight from the summit of this beautiful mountain! Flightime:8min 20 sec for 3800hm.
